We all know that McDonald's and Jollibee are the top two of the most popular fast-food chains in the Philippines and almost around the world. That is why comparisons are often thrown by their own customers as to which fast-food chain is much better and tastier. Since Jollibee and McDonald's have almost the same food on their menu, the competition was taken on what fast-food chain has better and tastier food than it's rival? One example of that competition is their "Battle of Burgers" between Jollibee's Champ and McDonald's Big Mac.

Jollibee's own "Champ"

Served with a 1/3 pound pure 100% beef patty, bounded together with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and buns, Jollibee Champ is definitely Jollibee's burger "Champion" compared to their other burgers because of their size of course, and also the taste of Champ is different than Jollibee's other burgers like Yum and TLC. With a price of P136.00, served with a regular soft drink and fries, Jollibee Champ sure can satisfy your big appetite and cravings for burgers.

Unlike the Champ, Big Mac has a double layered 100% beef patty served within special sauce on a sesame seed bun, and topped with melty American cheese, lettuce, minced onions and tangy pickles. For P135.00, you can already avail the value meal of Big Mac served with a regular softdrink and fries too. Surely this burger can make a big man burp like a big boss.

Both of these burgers have a very satisfying burger taste like heaven. Both of them have different style of food preparation and presentation which added more deliciousness to the burger.

As for the taste, both of them have different style of sauce: Jollibee has more pinoy style of taste than Big Mac, but the taste of Big Mac is very versatile and suitable for many people around the world.

But for me, I think Jollibee Champ is still much better burger than Big Mac not only because it tastes more like pinoy style, but it's patty also has higher meaty factor compared to the Big Mac regarding the weigh and juicyness of the patty, although it really depends on how you judge these burgers through your own style and taste buds.
